Wonderful company! It’s always hard to find which place you want to trust. They have my trust now. The mechanic was focused on actually helping, and not orchestrating how they could make more money. He showed me pictures and explained what was going on, and every option I had to fix it. I just wish they had a way I could tip them with card, I didn’t have much cash on me

We have used Zippy for years and were always very happy with Patrick and the service provided. We called 2 months ago and were told that Pat retired. What we weren’t told was that Linda is now a sort of broker of air conditioning services and that she would send another company over to service our unit. She did send a team over after a month and they were fine BUT why would we want to pay a broker to choose a service company for us? AND to charge an extra fee on top of what the hvac company charges!!! The entire experience was odd. The techs couldn’t share info with us directly. Everything had to go through Linda and it was like a game of telephone. We also received a quote for a new unit and the price was absolutely insane. Over 10k. And for a new coil 5k. We won’t be calling this “serv

Both Pat and Linda are great to work with. They came highly recommended and have lived up to that high standard. Pat showed care and concern for us through the process of replacing our unit.

Absolutely top notch organization They were at my home when they said they would be , work performed was A+ and the cost structure for Equipment and labor is very competitive Pat, Linda and Patrick were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
