January 8, 2026. Scheduled the appointment day a week in advance and I had to call at 10:30 AM to find out if and what time they were coming. Was then told between two and four. At 1:30 I got a call that they were tied up and could reschedule for January 13, five days later. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time with them.

Jupiter Plumbing offers fantastic service with an amazing team! I've used them both at my office and at home, and I couldn't be happier. Recently, I had to call the owner at 9:30 pm for a major repair, and he responded right away, fixing the issue immediately. They are professional, reliable, and always go above and beyond. I highly recommend them to everyone—great service you can count on!

I have never posted a review before but the lack of professionalism Jupiter Plumbing has displayed has compelled me to write. We have been scheduled 4 times for service. Each and every time Jupiter plumbing has cancelled. I only learned that we were taken off the schedule when I called to ask when they were showing up as it was getting to the end of the day. The last time I requested to be a first appointment to avoid an issue and still I was cancelled. Same excuse every time … “we are an emergency plumbing service and that is our priority “. Funny no one told me that when they installed an expensive hot water heater less than a year ago. Now can’t get them to come out to work on it. Happily I have found a new provider, given a two hour window in which they will arrive and a courtesy call

Girls are great there Owner (Tyler) not responsive tho Billed way too much money without a resolution on my issue Had a challenge with a tankless hot water heater where they came out 3/4 times sending different techs and creating numerous bills I would just get billed -get an estimate up front!! -then had to call for an explanation of services when they were here generally without resolving the problem! Told owner would get back to me with a resolution -never heard from him. Finally told me they couldn't resolve the issue Would look for someone more professional that stands behind what they do and communicates better!

Called Jupiter Plumbing Services today to get a quote on replacing a water heater. I spoke with Krystal and Danielle who were both a pleasure. They asked me a few questions regarding my location and a few questions about the unit. They said they would reach back out to me once they had the quote. Tyler provided a quote in hand for the service in no time. If you are looking for reliable and reasonable service, give them a call and they will take care of you!
