I’ve used Jura cleaning a few times and have been happy with their service, but this time it seemed like they cut corners. The team is very friendly and efficient. I got a regular clean and requested the inside of my refrigerator and oven to be cleaned. At first glance everything looked good but after taking a closer look I could see some things hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. I noticed they didn’t clean the outside of the tub or the shower wall. In the bedroom the floor was vacuumed but I noticed debris left behind near the crevices of the baseboards. The kitchen: instead of cleaning the entire backsplash, only the area behind the oven was cleaned and that was not done properly as there were hazy streaks left behind. Beware hiring this company! My friend got their place “cleaned” recently and they definitely did not do the job they were paid to do. They were done in under an hour, not because they’re efficient but because they don’t fully clean your home. They didn’t do all the services included in their regular clean option and the things they did supposedly clean you can tell it was HALF done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Will rate the service as average. Got the regular cleaning done but not 5 star. They expect customer to inspect the services instead of coming themselves to check the quality of service. Kitchen cabinets and wall tiles were not cleaned properly. Although they came back to fix it, the lady was dressed up, so out of respect I didn't wanted to show other issues like the stove counter top which was also not cleaned properly. When I gave feedback, they didnt trust me and it was standard reasoning to defend their work. Bottom line, could have responded better knowing I was first time custimer. Didn't see an urge for repeat business.
