⚠️ Warning – Avoid This Contractor! We hired Luis and his team for multiple large renovation jobs based on a referral from a previously satisfied client. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. After the work was supposedly completed, I found several items left unfinished. Luis refused to return and fix them. Even worse, when a tenant moved into a newly renovated unit and reported that the brand-new vanity was leaking along with several other issues, Luis claimed everything was working fine when he left and demanded additional payment to come fix it. Now, in another unit he recently completed, the new shelving in the walk-in closet has already fallen down. Bottom line: DO NOT use this contractor. Unreliable, unprofessional, and does not stand behind his work.
Mr. Luis and his team did a great job painting my house, I recommend them 100%.
