He took his time to make sure everything was perfectly smooth and tight, and the results look brand new! He also cleaned up thoroughly afterward and explained everything clearly. It’s hard to find this level of quality and care these days — highly recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning, repair or stretching!

We just had our white carpets steam cleaned as part of our move-in, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Mark and Zack. I cannot say enough good things about this father and son team. I went with recommended stripping and poly for terribly gross wood floors. I never knew they could make them look so beautiful. The pictures show the top row before and bottom row after. Professional, efficient, even my pets loved them, and we know they are the best judge of character. Since living in Marion County, I have struggled to find contractors that are reliable, do a great job and stand behind their work. I am so pleased to have found a contractor that does all three. I highly recommend Mark’s services. He stretched and cleaned the carpeting in my bedrooms, making my 8 year old carpeting look like it had just recently been installed. He was on time and his price was very reasonable.

Mark was great! Very professional, informative, clean and respectful of our home. Our carpets haven’t been this clean and smelled this fresh in years. We had Stanley Steamer do them last year, and they didn’t come close to getting the results Mark did. Mark is our guy moving forward. Lastly, his prices are very fair. In fact we will probably have him clean our carpets at least once a year. Would definitely recommend.
