They promised no out of pocket expense, boy did they deliver. I now have a brand new architectural asphalt roof with shingles manufactured by the GAF brand, regarded as top of the line, and I got to choose the color. Whole process took 1 month. Chris handled all the negotiation with my home owners insurance, got my roof approved, it had quite some damage from all these crazy storms we get here in Maryland, but after his quick free inspection he said I had a slam dunk case, and to go ahead and file.
