Great job on our LVP flooring! The team was so friendly and kind!

Terrible experience with JustFloor. They subcontracted incompetent installers and failed to communicate instructions properly. Three different technicians visited my home, gave conflicting advice, and all confirmed the floor was poorly installed with improper leveling. Shane Lowe suggested removing and reinstalling one piece with glue, while another technician, Emerson, said the entire area needs replacement. Customer service is awful — I spoke to Erine, who was rude and unhelpful. Highly unprofessional company.

My 5 star review is solely for Mary, Mike, and Mallory! Mallory was sweet, awesome, and very patient with me when we had to reschedule our appointment! Mary was a doll and would answer as many questions as she could when I called! Everyone was so friendly and quick to help you! Customer service was great as well! Mike was the technician sent to help with the floors! As soon as he came, he went straight to work and our floors were done in two days! It took two days due to the moisture barrier and sealant having to dry. He had a smile on the whole time and was such a pleasant and joy to work with! If you want the worst workmanship ho ahead with them. If you want quality stay away. The worst company, they did a horrible job on my floors. Think about all the imperfection you can imagine, yes they did worst and they do not get any responsibility or warranty. They just say they wont return. Wast of money.

Update: Apparently, theyve had a lot of transition with employees in the last 6 months or so. I finely got ahold of the manager and he took my order, verified it in the warehouse, and told me to come in for pickup. As a result of finally getting a resolution, I'm updating my review to be fair. Everyone was pleasant and helpful as well. My builder used this company for tile install. I need extra materials for repairs and I ordered in July. I was told they would call me back with order information. Fast forward to October, never got a call and the person that took the order was on leave. I eventually got ahold of the manager and he claimed to have put a new order in. He "promised" that despite the previous issue that they would call me and let me know when the order comes in. Fast fo
