I have witnessed Just Inspect provide dozens of unbiased, thorough Level II inspections for my buyer-clients for years. I highly recommend them!
My clients have used Just Inspect a few times for Level II Chimney Inspections and been happy with the results. The inspection involves them inserting a camera through the chimney and can see and show the exact problems with the chimney. It's hard to argue with pictures.
Just inspect is my go to referral for my clients. That he handles everything: home inspection, radon, WDI, tank scan, chimney and sewer, makes me confident that nothing gets left out. Now that he uses a drone we get a view of the roof, the chimney and vents like never before.
Buyers/Sellers beware that their “MO” is to claim flue and flue liner issues. Had 2 professionals overturn their issues. Extortion scheme to gain credits at closing.
Great service, friendly staff. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Overall good experience!
