Communicating with them was super easy and always had a quick response for any questions I had. They arrived a little early which is right on time to me, haha. I texted Jus Junk less than an hour ago for a quote to remove two large items. They’ve already come and removed a huge circa 1993 TV and gym equipment from my basement! I don’t know if I could have gotten a pizza faster! They are responsive, quick, and amazingly strong. I needed a junk removal company to come today, and I couldn’t get anyone, however JusJunk was available. They also had their prices on their website, and had me send photos so I was aware what I was going to pay. Once they got here they took a look and gave me a quote, and then after confirming with us, they got right to moving stuff. It took only an hour to move all of it, which was crazy considering they moved a bed frame, dresser, bookshelf, futon chair, a regular chair and 18 bags of garbage. They also took a massive box of books down to our basement for us. They were super friendly, honest, and the kind of people you want to hire. There was no upselling, no guilt, rather 2 people helping out other people. I highly recommend hiring them as trust me you will be very satisfied. 100% woul
