We had Samuel Martinez come out. He was super personable and thorough. He explained everything he did and overall went above and beyond when he saw tears in our ductwork in the attic by fixing them. Learned a lot from his visit!

I wanted my ducts cleaned but he told us there was bacteria at the main input air supply . He santized and did not recommend blowing the supply so did not blow out the ducts.. we now have more dust than ever. The reason we hired them was to clean the ducts but he did not do it. Do not fall for this !!!

Just True Air LLC did an excellent job from start to finish! Sam, the technician was very knowledgeable, explained the process and answered all of my questions. Had 2 units serviced/cleaned. Feeling confident the air in my home is free of any mold! Would recommend Sam and Just True Air to everyone!

They are highly recommended. They have serviced (nursed) our old unit several times for over a year, In lieu of having to replace it for a new one to save us the expense.
