Ronald Justice is a highly-experienced, kind and conscientious professional repairman. He was upfront with me about fees and diagnosis, and worked on my dryer for over 3 hours to solve a multitude of problems for a fair price, saving me from having to buy a new machine altogether. He demonstrated the kind of old-school and high standard service that is fast disappearing, and I don’t take it for granted. Thank you, Mr. Justice!

Have used him several times in the past to repair my dryer. Good work nice man and reasonable price on the charges. Called him to repair my washer because it stopped agitating. He returned my call asked me all these questions about the washer. He finally said well I hate working on those washers. Instead of being rude to a customer telling them that you hate working on those kind of machines then put it on your website you only work on certain kinds. I waited for three days to get a return call and ended up calling him back a second time before getting a response from him.

Oh my goodness! If I could give Mr Justice 10 stars I would. We noticed stand alone freezer started acting funny on Friday night. The temperature was over 0 and we could hear it kick on and off. My husband's ice cream sandwiches were melting. On Saturday (Today), I called a little before 9 to see if I could schedule a repair. I left a message. I panicked called again around 3 pm because the freezer was up to 32. Mr. Justice answered the phone and told me that he would have to come out to our house and look at our freezer. He warned me that if it was the compressor, we would have the service call fee and would have to replace the freezer. At 3pm on a Saturday, Mr. Justice worked with me to allow my husband to get home with cash to cover the visit. He could have told me sorry and let me

I had a good experience with Ron, who repaired my dryer. He replaced a couple broken and malfunctioning parts and gave me advice on the outside vent. I felt like he did honest work and took good care of me. I will call again if I’m in a pickle and would recommend Justice Appliances.

Mr Justice is a gem of a repairman…truthful, professional and trustworthy. He came out after business hours to fix my refrigerator because he told me over the phone that he’d probably be able to fix it tomorrow and he kept his word. It’s fixed And his charges were fair.
