This moving company exceeded my expectations in every way. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and treated my belongings with real care. The entire move was seamless and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and great communication. Their pricing was transparent and reasonable as well. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

My family had a great experience with JVA Transportation. We were in a situation where we just didn’t have enough time to properly pack and get everything ready for the move. With our busy schedules, it became clear that we needed help, and JVA was a lifesaver. The level of convenience and professionalism they provided made it worth every penny. They handled everything efficiently, which took a huge load off our shoulders and made the whole process a lot smoother. Overall, I’d say the peace of mind was definitely worth the cost.

I do not recommend this company for any reason. From start to finish, this company was unprofessional, unenthusiastic, damaged our property, and took little to no steps to rectify these problems. To start, after being told there would be a very heavy item that would require a minimum of 4-6 people to move it, the company showed up with only two people. As a result, the company damaged the floors at our house moving the item and the door frame to the extent that the door would no longer close. We immediately notified the company of damages. We didn’t hear anything back until they showed up to deliver the items at the incorrect time and date. Upon delivery, their only resolution was a $100 discount for the dented floors and damaged door after we paid over $1600 for the moving service. Addi

They gave me an original Quote and tried over charge us the day of the move when all the furniture was in the truck. Everything was loaded into 1 TRUCK. The move was from NC to FL. When we received our load they told us that the load was all in the truck and complete. But when we checked our inventory, we barely had half of our load and also broken items. When we contacted the moving company they told us they split our load supposedly into 2 truck loads without notifying us about any changes. It took over a month for the 2nd load and even then our complete inventory was not in the truck. I called JVA transportation told us that everything was delivered. Once again we tried contacting management they gave us attitude and ignored our calls and threaten not to give us the rest of inventory.

JVA were fantastic moving my parents belongings from TN to CA. They packed and wrapped everything. My parents were very impressed. Nothing was missing or broken. Everything was explained great at the beginning, no problem. I highly recommend JVA Transportation.
