JW Flooring Las Vegas

DO NOT PURCHASE CARPET FROM HOME DEPOT - THEY USE JW FLOOR COVERING. I won't go into every detail of my experience, but here are some major problems: * The staff didn't identify themselves as company workers - no uniforms, no marked trucks. * They worked from 9 AM to 9 PM and left a huge mess. * We paid $9,000 for our carpet project, choosing the best carpet and padding Home Depot offers. * The two installers who showed up were not prepared or experienced to work with top-tier carpet and padding. * The carpet was cut short in multiple locations. * They did not use a power stretcher. * They scratched our walls. * They left three very noticeable seams in the carpet. Doug was friendly, easy-going, efficient, hard-working and meticulous. Office staff communicate well, accommodating and easy to work with. Five stars all around! Thanks for the great job!
