Very rude plumber. Had a new pump put in for cistern, the job wasn’t complete unqualified plumbers they could not fix the problem due to not small space trained ,even though they installed the pump in a small crawl space.WE WHERE LEFT WITH OUT WATER FOR 3 weeks until we found another very qualified plumber to fix the issue . In total it was less then 10 hours work that included a temporary line . Jw didn’t even try to put a temporary line in.I guess they only like doing easy jobs for fast cash.!

My sump pump failed at 8am. While my son bailed out the water I called JW Furness. They were booked solid with jobs but said early afternoon they could get someone out. And hour later they called and said they could come out. They replaced my sump pump in 30 mins. Unbelievable service. This is the company you want to hire. A++++++

Steve is the owner and came to quote us on a split HVAC system for our house. He came up with a solution that works exceptionally well for us. Great value and fantastic service! They also fixed some plumbing issues we had. The whole crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Seth, Kevin, Jeff, Dan and Liam were courteous and efficient. You can immediately see that they are engaged in their work and part of a well led team. I couldn’t recommend them more. Totally customer focused! Absolutely a 1st Class company, and deserving of 5+ Stars. Installation professionally completed of our new appliances, including a Gas Stove. Everything went smoothly, from the initial contact with Barb, to the site inspection, and the installation which was completed on time, and in the same visit. Estimate & Price was also very fair. Steve and his entire team exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have been more pleased. I am positive that they will continue to earn our business in the future.....
