JW Heating and Air

I'm sure they get work done sometimes HOWEVER we called to have them recharge our a/c system. They accused my mother as a first time customer of having not payed based on her first name and were very rude to her. We've used Garza consistently and they treat us way better. I'll retract this negative review if they fire the woman who answers the phones not before. Would never recommend this company to anyone. If we used them the last people we payed them cash. So advised that you use a credit card you can charge back if they get too mouthy. We're still waiting on the accuser lady for the call back to find put what we supposedly owe. Just admit you're too lazy to work. Your business photo is your house. And its ugly.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to ask in regards to helping me vacuum a mini split and Jack was horribly rude. Told me “. I should have thought about that before I bought it “”he was horrible and hung up on me and refused to answer my calls, horribly unprofessional would never recommend this company

Amazing! Actually repair rather than just say you need a new unit. If a new unit is necessary, very good pricing. Get bids and you will agree!

Very ghetto they're new business is around the corner from my job. either a female worker they have was yelling profanity and the owners didn't stop her. Made their company look very bad. Definitely try Garza ac company they are very humble and always fix ac problems. The owners and their workers are very respectful at Garza ac company

A good locally owned and operated business. They had my A/C blowing cold air in an hour.
