Jw home inspections

Joe is an absolute pro and super responsive! I dialed so many other numbers and got voicemail or ringing until it hung up. Joe answered himself, and was a pleasure to deal with. His quoted price was lower than anyone else I eventually heard back from. He emailed me his license and insurance promptly, and he finished the inspection report the same day he performed the inspection too! I couldn't be happier with his service and I would urge others to choose him. Seriously, everyone should hire Joe!

Joe Woods is extremely professional and thorough and I would recommend him to anyone I know who needs a home inspection. Joe is always punctual and as he goes through the house he will point out any issues of concern. We have had 3 house inspections with him in the last 6 months (house hunting is a nightmare!) and his reports are always very detailed and easy to follow. He emails the reports over the same day as the inspection and you can reach out to him with any questions and he is always very responsive. I cannot say enough good things about Joe, he is a great guy and we appreciate the jobs he did for us.
