JW Marriott Indianapolis Garage

Room was very clean, beautiful view looking over the zoo. Quiet, I didn't hear very much hall noise. All the staff were pleasant excluding the employee at the lobby market.

It's a nightmare getting in and out of the garage especially when they only have one lane open at the exit. Also hate the fact that you can't just park on any floor and get into the JW Marriot it's extremely confusing. Also $55 for 8 hours for self parking is ridiculously high.

The JW Marriott staff are always very professional and courteous. Every time I have visited here they are very accommodating. They do hospitality very well here.

It’s a garage. I used valet and it was seamless. But bring your wallet $72 a night for valet.
