JW Marriott SF Union Square Garage (Propark)

Great place to stay!!! It's walkable to Union Square, China Town and many shops + restaurants around this place, and The Cable. Many staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a great time. Our room TV didn't work so they changed our room right away and upgraded. It was bigger and had a great view.

Great location! First time staying here. I can honestly say that this JW is in my Top 10 of all hotels and Top 3 of all JW's.

The entire staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived to check in. Jake was so attentive and friendly with the room. Everything was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I had a view overlooking the city streets. The doorman were lovely housekeeping was very very friendly. The rooms were very clean, I enjoyed my trip if you’re ever in the San Francisco area this would be a lovely stay for you and your family to feel safe

LOVE !! The stuff was very nice (Also you don’t have to carry your own luggage) Very pet friendly! Had a nice breakfast & great room service!!

The hotel itself is great however the breakfast is not up to the mark from a quality of food and service standpoint. Can be much improved am considering the hotel itself is great otherwise!
