Great experience. Joe was easy to work with over the phone setting up my appointment and answering my multiple questions. Sean came out to service/check my unit, was thorough in his work, and very informative. At the end Sean went over my options, his opinions, and what next steps should be. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me the top dollar options. He was fair and really helped me understand what the different routes can be and all of the price level options that were available.

They were very quick to return my call. Scheduled my service call the same day and after 5:00pm! Very understanding and considerate. He was on time and professional. The Technician quickly resolved the problem and my air conditioner is running. I would highly recommend JW Performance for any heat and air problems.

Our household has done business with Joe for years...we have a 20 year old heating & air unit and he comes out about twice a year to do basic maintenance and repairs, he keeps it up & running. He was originally referred to me by my cousin and my cousin's wife who also used him for years... Joe's great to do business with...I highly recommend him.

I’ve used this company several times they are awesome! Always an honest solution. They are prompt and on time. The most recent service call in particular was due to a dirty sensor. Joe cleaned the sensor and it was up and running. Any other company would have recommended replacing an expensive part and over charging for services not necessary. Joe has earned my business for life.

Received an excellent ac inspection and current condition of my ac equipment. I feel confident now I’ll have a trouble free cool summer at my house. Very good communication from this company via email and text.
