Messed up our floors not once but twice, and has dodged our calls and requests for it to be fixed. Don’t spend your money with this company unless you want poor workmanship with no backup on work We had an outside inspection done for $400 out-of-pocket to verify what we thought to be true that they installed the floors improperly not putting the correct barrier underneath the floors so the moisture buckled all the floors amongst other problems that have caused the floor chip up in several different areas and they still won’t return calls or come out to inspect/repair. This is what we’re left with after paying $8,000. Our kids have injured themselves on the sharp pieces of the flooring that splinter up daily more times than we can count. I am VERY VERY dissatisfied. I had my entire place redone with Luxury Vinyl floors. One area of my house was a sunken living room that I asked to have leveled. What happened in my house was: 1. Sunken living was put up but the floor was not left leveled. When I put my new furniture it will be ugly. 2. Baseboards' recommendation was to put MDF as it was cheaper. Jaime did not tell me that this was also a very bad BB. Now they look very ugly. 3. Floor was installed over an existing one. Jaime did not tell me by doing this it would VOID manufacturer's warranty. 4. Floors are wavy. I feel I am on the beach. I tried to get him here to solve the issues, but COVID hit. Finally, he sent someone to check and I was told Jaime was going to call me. However, he NEVER called back. This is VERY VERY VE

My Dad and I engaged JZ Star Flooring to do a full master bathroom remodel and a condo flooring job. This company was efficient, professional and both the bathroom and the flooring look AMAZING. Jaime is wonderful to work with and has a truly awesome team. I recommend them for your home renovation needs!

My husband and I were so excited to get new floors with JZ Star Flooring. Back in early 2022, JZ Star Flooring had 5 stars review on Google, and the budget and product were just what we were looking for. The owner kept rescheduling the install and repair, hence the 4 stars. There were issues with the flooring cracking so JZ Star Flooring sent out their installer with updated floor planks and replaced the floors. They look beautiful. Jerry, the flooring installer, is an honest, hard-working guy who I recommend highly.

The worst contractor experience imaginable! I received a quote that displayed best case scenario and worst case scenario. After the first demo day the cost was already $950more. I agreed to pay it so the work could continue. The demo guys made no effort to contain the dirt and dust and as a result the house was filthy everywhere. They also never work a complete day. I was told that the guys would show up at 9:30Am and they would actually arrive at 11 and done at 2:30-3pm each day. I was told that the project would take three days and it took 8. UNBELIEVABLE! Each day after day 4 Jaime the owner promised me the project would be done by the end of the day. Also, it’s impossible to get in contact with Jaime because he doesn’t handle difficult conversations.
