KC is professional, fast, and fully explains the issues so that you can understand and make an informed decision on how to proceed with fixing your issue. They do not jump immediately to costly repairs or try and oversell you on products you don’t need to make a fast Buck. Instead, they try and fix the problem permanently while being as cost effective for their customer as possible. He took the time to show me how to do some simple things on my own to prevent and troubleshoot the issue should it arise again, and he certainly didn’t need to take the extra time to do that since he makes money from coming by. Put in a simple request for a bathroom sink unclog on Thursday night. On the Coldwell request form they ask you if the maintenance people have permission to enter the residence. I gave them permission. Monday night sink is still clogged. Had to call Coldwell who told me to call KC. Left a message and KC called me back to inform me that he skips over jobs if you don’t answer your phone. Sink is currently still clogged

I had K C come in to repair a leaking kitchen drain. It was in my basement. He worked his tail off to get old galvanized pipe out so he could make repairs. He's very professional and gets the job done quickly.

Ridiculous markup. Charged me $320 for a toilet. Avoid using this plumber at all costs. You will get ripped off too.

I have had CJP to my house several times. Always on time always clean and professional. I would not hesitate to reccomend them.
