Woke on a recent Sunday morning, during severely-cold weather, to a very cold house (we are "seniors"). We called the company that installed and has serviced our oil burner for the past 12 years and were told we couldn't be seen until Tuesday. We then called a neighbor who gave us Ken Weaver's name and number. Long-story-short, he arrived within 1-2 hours, explained everything, had the problem fixed in a jiffy, and his fee was very reasonable. From here on, he will be our go-to guy for anything that needs servicing/repair -- HVAC, plumbing, electric -- love it! Thank you, Ken!!

Ken responded out very quickly to our home with no heat on a bitter cold day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and then went to great lengths to locate all of the needed parts.
