We are sooo pleased with our windows and front door and sliding patio door with mini blinds inside. John did an amazing job installing it all by himself. He multi tasked and cleaned up better than we could have imagined. John was kind and courteous. We will always use K Designs and highly recommend them as their help from sales, customer service, to every aspect of this job. K Design is top notch.

Great company. Very friendly and nice to work with. Knowledgeable about the process. Installers were clean and cleaned up after, didn't leave a mess. Windows and patio door was replaced in 2 days. The siding was done it 3 days. Fast and clean work.

We had some bad windows and John from k-designers had came to put our windows in. We had just revmcieved them and all ready it's given a warmer house with us able to turn down the heat. He doubled check they were the right ones and made it safe in the window area. The 6 windows took him 2 and half days about (this I'm meaning he was constantly working not goofing off or what ever someone could do.) the windows were put in with extra care and cleaning. Outside and inside is as if he never was here other than the new windows you wouldn't realize it because of how he cleaned up. We were shown everything about the windows before he left too. You can't miss how kind he was nor any of the team as the process went from checking them out withban estimate to ordering and having them in, everything

It has been less than 10 months since our windows were installed, and the situation is unacceptable. During recent rain showers, every single one of our living room encasement windows (two crank and two picture) failed and allowed massive amounts of water into our home. As you can see in the attached photos, water pooled on the sills, ran down our walls, and collected on our floors. Even after using three full-sized shower towels to clean it up, water continued pooling again almost immediately. This is not a minor leak—the window frames themselves are filling with water and then releasing it into our home for more than 24 hours after the rain. When your own technician inspected the windows, he confirmed: 1. There are cracks in the window frames next to the screw holes where they attach
