K & E handles all of our luxury short term rentals here in Galveston. They do an excellent job, even when it is back to back reservations. If they happen to miss even the slightest thing, they are always so quick to come fix it. Totally recommend.

Quality cleaning service company that changed the most stressful aspect of my vacation rental for the better. They have a vested interest in the success of my rental and it shows. They go above and beyond. At first I thought they were a little pricey, but I quickly realized how much they actually do. They are worth every penny and then some. From last minute bookings and lockbox issues, to missing pool bands and broken bed frames, they have been my saving grace. I can hold my guests accountable for the condition the condo, as well as missing fobs or bands because I trust this cleaning team. Not to mention, they document every issue and promptly share it. Ernesto and his cleaning crews do a great job at our beach house. After a large and very messy interior renovation, I hired his company to do a double deep clean ( deep clean and then come back again to clean the remaining settled dust). They did such an amazing job that we hired them for bi-weekly cleanings. Highly recommend.
