Joe at K&K Gunite Pool Builders Inc. is a truly excellent pool equipment professional. He pro-actively detects and fixes problems with our pool equipment before they become major issues and is constantly making subtle adjustments to maximize their efficiency. Just as importantly Joe is very consistent in his visits to check the equipment and the quality of the pool water so that our family knows the pool is always ready to be enjoyed. We are very grateful for Joe's efforts, and are lucky to have him keeping an eye on our pool. It is rare these days to find someone who has a high level of skill and also takes pride in his work! Joe has made us very loyal to K&K Pools!

these guys are the greatest - there is nothing more valuable than an experienced and trustworthy business. we have used them for over 20 years and in addition to the annual attention they give us, k & k has come through for us twice to save us a considerable amount of money. one year a pool liner company and most recently an electrician told us our pump was broken and needed replacement; the guys at k & k doubted these claims and came over each time to test the pump themselves and both times the pump was working and needed very minor fixes. I cannot praise them enough for their diligence and dedication to their profession.

I am a long time very satisfied customer of K & K. I have a gunite pool +30 years old. From re-tiling and re-surfacing, to opening and closing, to general maintenance issues, K & K has taken wonderful care of my pool. They are knowledgeable and responsible.

Unfortunately this business was taken over by second generation. They are not accredited with BBB and they do not seem to have any control over their service calls. We were continuously billed for service we never received. They claimed they cleaned 3 times and charged us for visits never made. We learned how to take care of the pool ourselves, as it was our first, and we were able to enjoy a pristine pool all summer thanks to the support of Leslie’s Pool Supplies in Latham. Don’t lose your money with K & K.
