K & L Design Enterprises provided us with the best Contractor experience we have ever had in many years of home ownership. Ken and Matt are a pleasure to work with. Matt spent much time working with us upfront and provided excellent design and materials suggestions. We were kept informed of every detail as the install progressed and our property was kept debris free. Our beautiful new front porch, steps and walkways are a result of Ken and Matt’s professionalism and care in workmanship. They will always be welcome back to our home.

We hired K & L to install a fence in our backyard, build a sliding door and deck off our second floor. At first Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. We had agreed that they would do the permit work for the projects. Ken tried calling our local permit office said no one was answering and that it was on us to get the proper permits. My wife and I have full time jobs and found it difficult to find time to get to the permit office. Ken said that it was normal to start projects without permits. So they began installing the slider and fence. We were able to get the permit for the fence but had to wait long for permits on the deck. We settled up for the balance of the fence and decided to go with someone else for the reminder of the projects. Not long after completion I noticed sections

We interviewed several contractors for our addition onto our home. We went with K and L Design for several reasons. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable in all of the different trades that were needed for our project. We extended our home adding on a first and second floor. Ken and Matt handeled every step of the project perfectly and met every deadline. They completed every phase of the project with no hiccups. My husband and I are so thankful for K and L Design and will definitely be looking to them in the near future for all of the other work we have.

We had a great experience with this contractor. He is an artist with an eye to detail who did a great job replacing a ceiling and then repairing some very damaged drywall. He also refinished wood floors found under the ancient carpet. He painted everything and finished up on Christmas Eve! He was a very hard worker with great quality, as well as being a very nice guy, with fair prices-no extra costs. He did the job until done, with necessary breaks to let drywall dry, but we didn’t have that fear it would drag on and never be finished. He communicated well throughout the process too. I highly recommend K&L.
