Marty and Ray are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced and very honest. I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been through a few HVAC companies and I will never use anyone else as long as K& M is around. K & M is one of the few remaining companies out there that treats its customers like family. They have done small to major repairs for me. There have also been times where Marty has given me free advice over the phone that has helped me out. Just hard working, honest, and knowledgeable professionals.

Marty and Ray are the real deal, no BS just honest high quality work. They helped us out during the heat wave and did a great job at a fair price. If you want cool air call Karen she is pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.
