I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnosis and it sat there for over a month with my diagnosis repeatedly pushed back. Communication was poor and I had to chase updates myself. When they finally gave me an answer, it was extremely vague — “something in the engine is messed up” — with no clear explanation, no compression numbers provided, and no real breakdown of what was actually wrong. Despite that, they immediately jumped to recommending a full engine replacement without showing evidence or explaining why that was the only option. On top of that, they performed additional work without calling me for authorization and then attempted to charge a higher hourly rate than what was originally agreed upon ($100 instead of $85). Put car in shop few months ago to have new crate engine put in. Got it back over 7 weeks later. It overheated on my way home. They didn't tighten hose clamp. The third time I took it back to get leaks fixed. They put stop leak in it. When I asked about it. Was denied. I had no leaks or stop leak in my radiator before I took it to this shop

Brought in for alignment, pulling to right and crooked steering wheel, after ProTire said I needed ball joints for $500. Kemper said not needed and did alignment. Still pulled to the right so they recommended tires for $750. I accepted and had it done. It still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is still crooked. Now $800 out of pocket and back to square one. Where do I go now for a simple and proper alignment? Zero for two so far.

Tire repair, same day, for $10. Ridiculous good service

This shop is awesome! Nice guys and they get me in ASAP! No complaints from me. Definitely highly recommend to others!! 💯 They have always taken good care of me.
