Have to agree with the above review. Same problems and situation. He was a NO SHOW when promised & when I contacted him again, his story changed. I would advise that if you need a plumber, look elsewhere.
Was a no show and made excuses as to why he couldn't come later after texting and calling him several times. Never sent in follow up for home warranty.
I had a water pressure problem and I called K Nelson. K Nelson Plumbing came out the next day after I called and replaced my water pressure regulator. Wow, what a difference!! I don't think we ever had this good of water pressure since we moved here 20 years ago. Thanks to a true professional. I highly recommend K Nelson!!!
He is awesone! Honest, reliable and very experienced. Did a great job! He goes above and beyond! Highly recommend him!
No Call. No Show. Nothing. If this is how you run your business then you may want to close your doors. Waste of time. if your looking for a plumber look somewhere else.
