Kaylon-spoke to me on the phone and after reviewing some photos we determined that it would be best for me to proceed with as a DIY project and he sold me the parts to do so. Bringing a crew out for such a small project wouldn't have served me or K Power, so I appreciate his honesty and integrety in this process.

Very pleased with their work and flexibility!! Kalon was super helpful and patient with all of our well water/cistern wiring questions. He provided a solution right away and fit us in just before the holiday week! Great team and very affordable, especially for such a big job. K Power converted my hardwired dishwasher to plug-in and it was a great experience! I had to wait a couple weeks for the service as they are very busy, however, the staff at K Power were all professional, responsive, and kind and the work was completed at a very reasonable price.

Kalon was great! We were in a bind trying to get our hot tub up and running prior to a guest's arrival to our vacation rental. Kalon expressed this type of job would normally take more than one person, but he managed to get it done on a Saturday morning! It was very nice talking with Kalon and he genuinely cared about our issue and wanted to get it fixed - within our time schedule, too!
