Rick and Kim are as good as they get. I could wax poetic about Rick's knowledge of Koi which is incredibly extensive, but what I truly appreciate (as a college professor with two PHDs, is that Rick knows what he doesn't know. His extensive knowledge comes with zero ego or the need to be the smartest person in the room. He is just very very good at what he does and there is nothing with my fish or pond I would not trust him with. Finally, and best of all, Kim and Rick are just good people. Good human beings who will go WAY above and beyond with service to take care of their clients. Sundays, 11:30pm at night, it doesn't matter. I can’t say enough good things about K&R, They are very knowledgeable about any type of pond, they’ve came to my rescue numerous times to save my Koi fish. Have installed the new filter and give a lot of advice on how to keep my pond in good condition. They are professional but family ran and care about they’re customers. Beautiful job of cleaning out our koi pond. They answered all of our questions and treated our pond they it was their own. They returned all of my phone calls and text messages very promptly and still after our pond was complete continue to answer my questions on how to maintain our pond and how to have happier healthy koi.
