K.A. Designs dba Custom Crafted Cabinets and Furniture

KA Designs built a custom bathroom vanity for me in 2020, and it’s been fantastic. Recently, a soft-closing hinge started acting up, so I called them—and they came out right away and replaced it at no charge, even six years later. That kind of customer service is rare. Excellent craftsmanship and a company that truly stands behind their work. Highly recommend KA Designs.

This family-owned business did such a wonderful job of building and installing our cabinets. We were looking for minimalistic, European style cabinets and some specialty drawer hardware they never used before. They went out on a limb and took the extra time to source and install for us. We couldn't be happier with our more modern kitchen even though we aren't completely finished in the pictures we attached to this review, we wanted to share their work for anyone interested to see.

Ka design is a top notch company. They only use quality wood and no particle board of any kind. They created exactly what we imagined. Took us through their assembly and were so warm and welcoming. They have built a great company from the ground up. We are so happy with our custom builds! They put everything we imagined, and placed it in our home!

Very expensive for the quality provided and time delivered. We had a customized (already designed) window seat bookcase built by KA Designs. First payment: early February 21 “Fully” installed: early November 21 The entire arch had to be remade as it was not what we had asked for. The day after the bottom part was installed we noticed some cracking on the side. When I mentioned to them about it they told me : it will get better with time (WHAT?). Two months after installation more cracks are showing up. And we haven’t even used the bookcase yet! Not to mention, very poor work quality of the joint parts. And there are other few things we noticed that a good professional would have paid attention to.
