kabi kitchen and bath cabinets

Consistently Awful I first contacted Steve Johnson of kabi on a Sunday, 2/28/21. I was pleasantly surprised that he responded the same day regarding our request for a custom bathroom cabinet. Things went downhill from there very quickly. Subsequent emails were not returned, or returned week(s) later. By 3/23 I heard from him asking a couple of specific questions about the design. I responded immediately with the answers and never heard from him. I had to send an email to his secretary (?) to make sure he was receiving my emails. 2 weeks later, when I again sent him an email, he stated he was still waiting for my answers, which had already been sent 2 weeks earlier. I called kabi directly and asked to speak directly to him. I was directed to his email, and of course I couldn't l

Took them three weeks to provide pricing and drawings, which three off the whole planning process/budgeting for my new build. Some of my cabinets don't fully close. Not responsive to emails.

I have worked with Kabi for years, they create an amazing product that is at a great price point and completely custom. Steve is wonderful to work with and very professional. This is a great asset for my work and my clients.

I sincerely think Kabi doesn’t want business if it’s not from massive apartment building developers. They were so slow to respond during our kitchen design work that we ultimately gave up and found a different cabinet maker. Low and behold Kabi was actually more expensive for lower quality than what we ended up with! I wish we’d never even started with these clowns.

Excellent company, very responsive, and the customer service is great.
