Kaczmarek well drilling and pump repair

Jim is a life saver. Called on a Saturday morning for a no water issue and he was at my house within the hour. Actually took time to teach me a few things as I’m a new home owner. Couldn't be happier with the service and straight forward pricing. Got me back up and running and made suggestions for future repairs which we will 100 percent be calling him for. Thanks again Jim !

Unfortunately for us, we went with another business to help our well issue. I called Kaczmarek for a second opinion and he truly went above and beyond asking all questions and details over the phone to help solve a job he wasn’t working! He actually called us back for more direction. Guess what?! OVER THE PHONE he was right we had a broken underground pipe it wasn’t the pump. His kindness, effort and care was truly above and beyond. Writing for my dad John - It was a friday afternoon and it was hot and we were all sweaty and hot from doing yard work and wouldn't you know we have no water. I called the two big local names and neither one answered. Like i said Friday at quitting time is a bad time to get somebody. The third call was answered by Jim and he came right over and analyzed the problem and came first thing Saturday morning to replace the pump and replace the wiring. He worked out in the pouring rain and didn't stop until the job was finished. He does excellent work at a fair price. Thank you Jim. He will be the first person I call from now on.

We needed to replace our tank and well pump. Jim was the most inexpensive in my area. He was very nice and did a great job! If you need anything done to your well call him, you won't regret it!

My deep-well pump died. I called Jim, and he came over that day to check things out and diagnose the problem. In two days, he had it replaced. The service was excellent in all ways: quality, price, availability. I did they annoying thing of watching him work too. (Sorry Jim). As a perfectionist myself, it was great to see his attention to every detail and to doing the job right. Jim has been doing this for a long time - he knows his stuff. He will be my go-to guy from now on, and I highly recommend Jim to anyone.
