What can I say? Kagel's is professional, courteous and quick! Joe the owner came out to check out my house and existing ductwork and he was very straightforward with my options. He considered what I should do, but also let me decide on what I ultimately wanted to do. It's nice when a business owner does not push you into making a decision. I chose a 4 Zone Ductless mini split system by Fujitsu. Setting up scheduling and making a down payment was very easy talking to Sarah on the phone and this company also assists with obtaining permits and will help me with who to contact for inspections. When it came to install day, David (the main contact) and the rest of the crew showed up around 9 am and took them until about 3 pm to finish the shop. The crew from Kagel's replaced our ancient gas furnace and added central air and a WiFi enabled thermostat. They were very professional and efficient. We used this company on a friend's recommendation and are so glad. Joe and his staff communicated clearly about the services and products they offered, costs and schedule. The installation went smoothly and explanations were provided throughout the day. Mark explained things in detail and answered all of our questions. Everyone was very courteous and respectful of our property. Joe called the next morning to confirm the job was completed to our satisfaction and promptly scheduled additional work for us.

Joe Kagel and his staff are great. They came out very quickly on a SUNDAY morning to assess my issues with no heat in the house. It was determined that we needed new heater, AC and hot water heater. They installed these units in a matter of days, despite supply chain issues. Their work ethic is wonderful and they responded to all of my questions and explained everything about my new units. Joe has an awesome team of professionals. Dave and his team, on the job, were very professional, pleasant and listened to my questions. They cleaned everything so my basement looked back to its original condition. They explained the heater, water heater and thermostat. They wore plastic around their shoes so they wouldn’t get my carpets and floors dirty. The price was perfect, service was amazing. I can’t say enough about Kagel’s. 1000% recommend Kagel’s. I had the yearly maintenance service this morning. Tyler was awesome and made recommendations and provided me with helpful information. Can’t thank him enough!
