I can’t say enough good things about Kakis restoration. I hired them to mitigate a significant amount of mold and water damage on my dining room and living room ceilings due to a chimney leak. I didn’t know who to call or what to do. The owner, Emmanuel Kakis, was extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to me. He showed up on time and completed all tasks on time, exceeding my expectations. The mold is gone and he provided multiple before and after photos as well as a detailed walk through to prove it. He also did a very thorough clean up afterwards. The price was very competitive and significantly less than a national chain estimate. I highly recommended his company for any mold remediation needs you may have. He made the process stress free.

Helped me out in a pinch last minute during the Spring and did such a great job I signed a contract for the remainder of the season. I will be renewing for the entirety of this coming season! Reliable and thorough!
