This guy Mark , over charged me for my system, put two different systems in my house and didn’t not change the old lines from my old system, suction and fluid lines had a leak, I reached out to Mark to inform him that my system kept freezing up and he was very rude and disrespectful. He installed a carrier inside and a Bryant outside

Strange company, contacted them twice, the first time I requested an estimate for a new system, they said they'd do it but they never got back to me. The second time they did a preventative maintenance and found the main duct wasn't connected, but then later when I inquired about a repair they said they didn't find any problems... huh?? So we had to book another company (Frank's A/C) and they were great, they got the duct fixed and house is cooling great again. So in net we paid Kalafian $109 for nothing.

My AC had been off for two day waiting for a service call from another company. Taking a chance I gave Mark a call to see if he could be available to take a look. He was at my location within 20 minutes of the completion of that phone call. Mark had my AC up and running 15 minutes after arriving. I would definitely refer him to anyone.

Prompt response to my call. Same day diagnostic and solution to my problem. Joey was so knowledgeable, polite, professional, showed much empathy for my situation and made me feel at ease right from the very beginning. Wonderful honest family business! Super professional and very attentive. After install they came back to check on our issue we were having before install with our old ac. They found small holes in our ducts and patched them up as part of the install and fixed our problem. We did a few estimates and they were very reasonable with awesome word of mouth recommendations! Now we know why and highly recommend them as well!
