From the first meeting to final sign off, working with Kyle from Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens was an exceptional experience. He understood our vision and offered creative ideas that we never would have thought of on our own. It took a little longer to get things moving that we would have wanted, but once we did it was great from start to finish. Communication was clear and the end result speaks for itself. I cannot recommend working with Kyle at Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens and Baths enough!

Our home was built in 1941 and we have lived here for the last 20+ years. A previous owner remodeled the kitchen/breakfast area a number of years before we purchased the house. The kitchen/breakfast area was functional but not very efficient and certainly not very attractive. Our dream was a complete makeover and it was for that makeover that we approached Daryl Ann at KCK&B. She was recommended to us by a trusted friend. We are so happy with our new kitchen! Kyle was great to work with, he had wonderful ideas, was easy to talk to, listened to our wants and needs, and in the end designed a beautiful and functional kitchen! On top of the craziness of construction, add in the pandemic and all the issues that brought, but still- the work was done in a safe and timely manner! I can’t describe in simple words how much I love my kitchen! The cabinets are amazing-tons of room and so beautiful. The flooring and backsplash are eye catching and lovely and the countertop a true work of art! If you are looking for a new kitchen design I recommend Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens and Bath wholeheartedly!

Feeling very disappointed. I made an appointment and met Kyle at the showroom- looked at some options for cabinets and scheduled a time for him and his contractor to come to our home to look at the space and take measurements. He showed up without the contractor (it happens, working on someone else’s schedule isn’t easy, so I get that) he took measurements and said he would have a plan/quote in 2 weeks. That was June 27th- it’s now August 10th and I have heard nothing. I emailed to follow up and never got a response. I guess they don’t need business!

Daryl Ann (Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens & Baths) was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our thoughts on our kitchen project and worked with us to develop a plan for our remodel. Her layout of the kitchen utilized every inch of possible space. She was very knowledgeable about the materials we wanted to use, and she kept us informed with respect to the timelines on the cabinets and counters. She was also great when we had follow up questions after the project was done. I would highly recommend Daryl Ann and Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens & Baths.
