Kalamazoo Fence

Put down 600 on chain link and nearly a year went by. Left messages and did not hear from them until contacting better business bureau. At that point, they messaged me offering refund or to do fence after two jobs in front of me. I asked about some changes to my original plan which he said they could not do. I asked about refund and now have not heard from them or received refund.

Kalamazoo Fence did a great job putting together our fence. We got three different quotes, and they came in $1000 less than anyone else. The two gentlemen they sent to install the fence were both professional and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before leaving the job site. The owner had a 20% off discount on materials for liking his Facebook page which was a hell of a deal. He is very veteran friendly and everyone in their front office was a pleasure to talk too. Cory was very personable from the initial quote to finalizing the stake placement in the yard. All in all, great experience and will highly recommend to friends and family!

Not a big deal but maybe the owner should read this. I work full time 30 miles away from home. I called to get an estimate on my house. They only do quoting visits until 5 on Monday - Friday. So if you cannot make those times work save yourself time. I understand it is there decision on when to service customers so I have no ill will but I think its helpful for the people running the show to know that they lost my business.

Roy and his team did a wonderful job. Very responsive and offered great suggestions. We have used them both for repair and installation. Extremely knowledgeable and has great pricing!
