Kamrell installed impact windows at my home earlier this year. The windows so far have been great. The workers showed up on time every day and were polite and did a great job on the windows themselves. The price was competitive. My only complaint is that they needed to cut the granite backsplash when installing a pass-through window behind the kitchen sink. Either the worker did not have the expertise or the proper tools, because the granite was cut jaggedly, resulting in a large deep crack. When I showed this to the job foreman, he said he would send someone out to repair it, which would involve filling the crack with epoxy. We were in the market for impact windows & front entry door. So we called 3 different companies for quotes. The first company was local & had done several homes in our development. Very nice, professional rep came to the house. We also went to their showroom & once again very helpful associate. Had a chance to look at the different options. Our second choice we decided against because they were not local. If we had problems we didn't want to deal with someone in Miami. Our 3rd choice was Kamrell. Very knowledgable associate. Kamrell delivered! My new impact windows match the adjacent door style and operate effortlessly. Kamrell had proposed high quality impact windows along with competitive pricing. I had pursued buying custom windows from Home Depot and installing them myself. But Kamrell's quote for installation was less than my cost for purchasing retail windows. The paperwork was easy and the three tiered payment terms were appropriate. Kamrell worked around my schedule. The crew arrived as promised and erected a temporary tent and installed floor protection. The crew's attention to detail was most impressive and the final product, including the cleanup and glass cleaning, was excellent. Six month follow-up review. Believe I wrote a review initially about my positive experience with this company and I continue to feel this way. The pricing was great and the quality of the product and install has been wonderful. I interviewed 5 companies and chose Kamrell because my salesman Winn was easy going, concise and gave me no pressure as well as a great price. The product came in on time and the scheduling was easy and accommodating as I was traveling quite a bit. Finally I can't say enough good things about my installation team. They installed two sliders and three windows and there work was clean, thorough and quick. Installation crew was fine, although not much regard for plants in front of house…. Zach, the office manager has a lot to learn about customer relations. There are plenty of firms in this line of business who install the same windows… choose wisely. I will look elsewhere for the completion.
