What amazing service! Chase and Isaiah are very kind, professional and hilarious. They both walked me through the entire process of my repair and the estimate to ensure no questions were left unanswered. I highly recommend this company and specifically these two gentleman. Mike came out for a routine maintenance on our system yesterday. During the initial conversation, we explained our issues and concerns to him, which we have shared with every HVAC person who has visited our house since we purchased it 5 1/2 years ago. He assured us that he would look into it and let us know his findings. He did more than that. Mike was very thorough with exceptional attention to detail. He discovered a health hazard issue that was contributing to some of our health problems. Given the urgency of the situation and the approaching Christmas, he took care of everything he could on the same day, despite being well past working hours. Disorganized, misleading, and overpriced — do not trust this company After the frustrating experience with Deane Electric, we tried Kane Air Conditioning based on high ratings. Unfortunately, this company proved to be just as unprofessional and disorganized. My husband had already correctly identified the issue: the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced. We had already told the company that the capacitor was good, yet when the technician arrived, they insisted on checking everything themselves. While on site, they confirmed the problem was indeed the condenser fan motor. The technician tested it and said it would need to be replaced. At that point, the technician said he would have to rewire the unit to confirm the diagnosis, but then insisted we pay $200 just for reconnecting three wi

Mike came today to find out what is happening with our unit. We appreciate how thorough he was as he checked our heating and air conditioning system. He is knowledgeable and found the problem. He was patient with the way he explained everything to us. Our experience with him was excellent. Thanks to Mike and the Company for having proficient professional workers.
