Kansas Land & Pond

It's hard to say enough good things about Geoff and Lucas. We had them on our land for a several-weeks-long repair to our very large pond. I had received multiple bids, but theirs, accompanied by aerial photos, was incredibly precise, specifying exactly what they proposed (and giving me options) and detailing how they were going to do it. Later, in the middle of the project, I changed my mind about some things, and they took that in stride with no problem, adjusting the pricing very fairly. Throughout communication was excellent, and my texts or emails were always answered quickly, clearly, and thoroughly. We hired these guys to correct major problems left by a previous pond installer and the difference was clear immediately. They quickly identified what had gone wrong on the original build, explained in plain terms the errors that had taken place, and laid out a plan to fix it properly and permanently. The work this time was done correctly, without shortcuts, with clear communication throughout and with the proper equipment.
