These people are scammers. My grandfather came to get his remote programmed they took the remote to the back and they changed the battery inside of the remote, which was a brand new one and when they gave it back the remote doesn’t even turn on and they still charged him $105. I have been coming for years and they finally messed up. I would like my money back and get my remote fixed because of their mistake.

I would highly recommend Karis Lock for yours lock needs. About 6 months ago I had problems with a key and key fob for sister's car. They repaired both items quickly and at a very reasonable rate. And just 2 weeks ago someone broke the lock on my car, and again they repaired the lock quickly and at a low cost. I live about 30 minutes away, but it was well worth the extra time to receive their great service!

If I could give them ten stars I would! Bob and his staff were knowledgeable and sincerely interested in having a satisfied customer. I needed a car key cut and fob programmed for my sons “new” used car. He only received one key when he purchased it. I called them and they spent a lot of time on the phone explaining the ins and outs of the newer key and security methods used on the newer cars. I gave them the information they asked for and they ordered a key and fob for me. They called me when it came in and I set up an appointment to bring them the car and get the job done. Well Murphy’s Law raised its ugly head and the key worked but the fob did not. Bob apologized and told me he would order another fob but in the meantime I should keep the key so I would have an extra incase the

Thanks so much for the service today, the promptness, low cost and professionalism. I had a (complicated/older) front door lock fixed that needed repair/adjusting right away, and a standard bathroom knob installed (which took 2 seconds). Great business in my area with expertise, and would definitely recommend for any locks etc, whatsoever.

Just wanted to commend Karis lock company for being so customer focused and doing the best for the customer. I called explaining that I had an antique display case which was locked and had lost the key. Instead of coming out and charging for a home visit they suggested that I come in and buy a key for $3.00 which would likely open the case. and Yes it did!!! saved me $150 and more importantly how they looked out for me and my pocketbook. Thank you so much!
