Great experience with Karoly Windows and Doors for a whole-house window replacement. Brandon the Vice President of the company came out and he knew the product and process inside and out and was clear and upfront about everything to expect, and had a great price on our windows. Our windows were measured, ordered, and delivered in the expected time frame and the work crew was friendly, professional, and efficient, it was neat to watch them work, and they completed 10 windows in a four-bedroom house in one day. They even followed up to replace a screw cover that fell out and scheduled our inspection with the county to close out the permit. -- Highly recommend Karoly Windows and Door to anyone!

I had a great experience with Karoly. The office staff (especially Nicole) is very communicative & responsive. The installers, Miguel & Ismael, were professional & clean & the windows are very high quality! We only replaced a few windows that weren’t working & after the installation, both my husband & I wished we had replaced all of them. Despite the increased length of time from order to installation (due to Covid-related supply chain issues not under Karoly’s control), Nicole kept me updated on the order, continually checked with the supplier and tried to move things along as best she could. Great staff & great product!

I am absolutely thrilled with the work I received from Karoly Windows and Doors. I had 6 old wooden windows replaced (one had rotted out and broken, and this one prompted the precautionary replacement of the others) and the vinyl replacement windows look and feel wonderful. The installation was fast, effective, and super impressive. They made changing windows look effortless. I highly recommend Karoly Windows and Doors!
