I've been a customer or Kast Pools for several years, having first been recommended to me by the company that resurfaced my pool to do the start up. I couldn't be more pleased with the weekly service Kast has provided, and especially with Levi, my servicing tech. I have kept a log of all my test results and chemicals added each week, and Levi keeps that log up to date even if I am not home. Kast Pools has met all my needs and answered all my questions, and has charged me fairly for as long as I have been with them. I gladly can recommend Kast Pools without reservation.
Beware! Worst company ever! Different tech every week. Services never completed, equipment ruined. Do not hire this company!
I really think that with the ownership in the hands of Kast Pool Company owner and founder, it's going to survive in business for a while
