We had a great experience all around. Mason was very informative and quick to send us a quote and instillation by Santos was smooth and quick! He was very informative on how to use the net following install and left the pool deck clean. We feel so much better having our pool secure. The cost of the net was also approximately half the price of quotes I received for a pool fence, and in my opinion the net is safer and more effective at keeping my kids out of the pool. I highly recommend.

We had our Katchakid leaf net installed yesterday and I am pleased with the results. We have used an off-the-shelf solution for many years, and I finally decided to pull the trigger on a custom-fitted product. The communications from my initial request for a quotation until the job was complete were as good as any service provider I've worked with. On the day of installation, Carlos did a great job communicating and the work was completed as scheduled with great quality. My only concern is the gap between the spa and the pool deck, as seen in a couple of the pictures. The solution was to leave extra fabric and tuck it into the space, but it isn't as secure as the rest of the leaf net. This is a minor issue, and I'm looking forward to see how this does over the winter. It's already started

Had a great experience getting a Katchakid safety fence installed around my pool. Kyeema was very communicative throughout the entire process and explained all the details of the fence vs other options (more than I appreciated). The installers Carlos and Fabian did a wonderful job confirming fine details before installing the fence. I have 3 young children so I have way more peace of mind after getting this fence installed. I would highly recommend this company for your pool safety needs.

I had a debris cover installed on my pool. It took several hours to complete, but as a custom fit item - I expected this. The final product is fantastic, no more leaves, no more acorns in the fall when we don't use the pool. The installer did a great job. I had no idea they sewed it on site - very cool to observe. Now all I have to do is unclip it and roll it up in the spring.

Learning about fences was thorough and easy to select what we wanted with Mason's guidance. Carlos was great on installation. He was punctual, helped work out some final details on design, and created a great fence. We're happy that we have a safer space outside now. Thank you katchakid team!
