I have used their services several times in the last 10 years and I will use no other company due to their customer service, loyalty, and professional quality of work. Vinny has been my go-to-guy for roofing needs or anything related to external work in and around the roof. I have always been impressed with the caliber of performance of those that are part of their team. Highly recommend if you want your property destroyed, a lackadaisical, uninterested attitude from the CEO, and thousands of dollars out of your pocket. TRASH company. Katchmark’s inept workers flooded my condo while installing WINDOWS AND SCREENS on my condo building. After completely flooding both my condo and my upstairs neighbors condo with toxic fire retardant sprinkler water, our entire home had to be stripped to just wood framing and completely remodeled. I couldn’t live in my home for 6 months and Steve Katchmark Jr offered up to 100/night at a hotel during demolition which is laughable in Tyson’s Corner, VA. My husband Ben and I wanted to thank Kevin for the exceptional service he provided us to replace our condo’s skylight. He had done the initial replacement back in October, but when our HOA had the roofing of our building redone by the same company but with another team, our skylight started to have issues like traffic noise and bugs coming through. Katchmark sent out Kevin and his team about a month after our initial report, and Kevin went above and beyond today to ensure that the re-installation of our skylight was tight this time around and even added weather stripping to make sure no water could come through. Thank you so much for your quick and thorough work Kevin and team! We really appreciated his attention to detail!

My Katchmark experience was fantastic. They came in with completive pricing and the workmanship was outstanding. Katchmark management responded to all my calls. The installers kept my yard neat. After cleanup, I did not see any nail! I will have them back in the spring for new windows! Thank you!

I shopped around with 4 different companies to replace my roof and Katchmark was the best of all prices, best warrantee and didn't even have to negotiate after the prices i was getting from others. they just finished my house and my parents house. the crew from the supervisor to the installer and in-between was excellent, efficient and cleaned up everything like nothing ever happened. both roofs look amazing. highly recommend them for all your home improvement needs, they are professional and honest. thank you Katchmark.
