Kat's Dry Cleaning and Alterations

We have been taking our dry cleaning to Kat's for a while. They are very pleasant, friendly and do a great job. Their prices are competitive, but not overboard. We are extremely pleased with their services and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have used Kat's dry cleaning twice now. And both experiences were fantastic. Some people think that they ship out their dry cleaning but they don't. They were even able to get me an overnight Rush order! Excellent crew and great work. I really appreciate having a local dry cleaner. Plus they're really nice folks!

I do not like how they say they do not have a price list. That means if you don't like me, you can charge whatever you want. However I never paid 125 dollars for my work clothes.. wasn't even a full week of clothes.. but when you don't have competition, you can get away with it.. To answer their question.... It's Dry cleaning. Nothing different than any other place I went to. You received my items and I pick them up. If I had an bad experience sone place else, than I can compare. But, I cannot... You are regular...

Place sucks... There never open when they should be. Have a bad attitude a at front counter & they lost 2 shirts when taking dry cleaning to Bobby page. If I could give no stars I would. Might as well use Bobby page myself. It's like $4 dollars less per item it makes more since to drive to Reno & back vs $4 more per item & Bobby page has never lost anything of mine in 9 yrs. Kats lost my shirts on 2nd time using. These ppl are stuck up & think there the best thing ever. I take it back Bobby page did loose 1 of my husband shirts & paid for it in full & when they did find my husband's shirt they gave it to us. I will only use a trusted dry cleaners from now on. Owner is a scam artist.
