Great Firm - We are completing large multifamily development projects together.

This construction company is currently working on a project in south Kendall off SW 127th ave. The construction workers are now violating code compliance by working overnight hours, using large machinery and disturbing residents that live across the street. They have also been observed illegally parking in the gated community across the street and even having their vehicles washed and detailed in the resident parking spaces during core work hours. Noise complaints have been filed with Miami-Dade and will continue until this issue is resolved.

Their own employees are not aware of major projects going on. Called about an inquiry on a specific project going on across from my home, the girl on the phone tried to correct me on what I do for a living, then literally said “I have no idea what project you’re talking about” after I gave clear intersection as a point of reference. The first time I called earlier this week, received no follow up, and today was transferred to Samantha Brown and believe me, it was a waste of time.

Great core values and a great GC. Wish everyone the best. Some really good people exist within the company. No one is perfect but they really try to thrive in a difficult market.

This is turning into another Construction company starting to not pay their bills. Sub-contractors and vendors that have done work for them have not received payment after doing the work and promised to be paid. Just like all the other Construction companies
