Kaufman Stairs

Kaufman stairs replaced my carpeted stairs with oak stairs. I went with them because they installed the original stairs that came with the house and thought they will do a good job. The oak stairs started having problems from day 1. They had multiple squeaks and pops which are annoying while walking on them. Kaufman stairs came by a couple of times and tried to fix the squeaks but practically every tread makes some noise when stepped on even after they tried to fix. Oak stairs are installed in November 2020. I have been trying to contact them to come and take a look at the tread noises for the past few months and nobody showed up. Now after spending a lot of money to get the oak treads, I have to spend money again to have some other company come and fix these. Very disappointing experience
